The present Privacy Policy constitutes an integral part of the Terms of Use – a legally binding agreement between you and “Armgoldcenter” LLC (a company registered and operating under the legislation of the Republic of Armenia, registration number: 264.110.1239170, TIN: 08224318, legal address: Kanaker-Zeytun, K. Ulnetsi str. 74, Republic of Armenia) (hereafter referred to as “Goldcenter”, “We”, “Us” or “Our”). Any capitalized terms and definitions not specifically defined herein shall have the meaning assigned to them in the Terms of Use.
This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) is aimed at informing Our users (“Users”, “Your” or “You”) of Our policies and procedures regarding the collection, use and disclosure of any kind of information We receive from Users of the GoldCenter platform (“Platform”) or collect through course of their use of the Platform. This Policy does not apply to websites, applications or services that display or link to different privacy policies or statements. We are not responsible for the actions of third-party people or companies, the content of their sites, the use of information You provide to them, or any products or services they may offer. Any link to those sites does not anyhow imply Our sponsorship of, or affiliation with, those people or companies.
By accessing or using the Platform, including when signing up on the Platform, You explicitly and irrevocably consent and agree to the collection, use and disclosure of information We receive from You or collect from You in relation to the access to and use of the Platform in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Please, note that stopping Your use of the Platform and/or unregistering Your account does not amount to a withdrawal of Your consent to process Your information, including Your personal data, already being processed by the time you stopped Your use of the Platform and/or unregistered Your account. Unregistering and not visiting the Platform prevents Us from further information gathering, but it neither renders unlawful the processing of Your information gathered before the unregistering, nor it results in deletion of Your information from Our system or servers.
In case You expect Your data to be removed or else deleted permanently from Our System or servers, please notify us of withdrawing your consent to data processing and exercise Your right to be forgotten as provided under this Privacy Policy, as per the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy. Please note that even in such cases some of the data will be retained, as explained below.

Updates and Modifications
GoldCenter reserves the right to update, change or modify any part of this Privacy Policy at any time, in its sole discretion, by posting changes on the Platform. GoldCenter will also give You an additional notice thereof, such as an e-mail message or messaging within the Platform. If You continue to use the Platform following the posting and notification of updates, changes or modifications, You thereby explicitly and irrevocably agree to and accept the updates, changes or modifications. Except as otherwise stated, all amended terms shall automatically be effective from the day they are initially posted.
If You at any point do not agree to any portion of then-current Privacy Policy, Your license to use the Platform shall immediately terminate, and You must immediately stop using the Platform.
Collection and Use of Information
In general, You can only view (browse) the pages of the Platform without concluding a contract. The only information We can gather during such general browsing is from standard server logs and information automatically collected via cookies. These include Your IP (Internet Protocol) address, domain name, browser type, operating system, and information such as the website that referred You to Us, the pages You visit, the dates/times of those visits, and other similar information. However, if You would like to explore the Platform any further, enjoy the benefits provided by the Platform and use the services that it offers, You will need to register with the Platform. To do this, You will need to provide Us with certain personal data which shall be used to identify your user account on the Platform, as well as ensure safe and prompt communication with You throughout Your use of the Platform and its functionalities.
Personal data submission of which is mandatory for registration, includes Your full name, e-mail address and phone number, which is also the registered number for Viber or WhatsApp applications. You will also be required to create a password to complete Your registration on the Platform. Your e-mail address will be used for communication between You and Us as well as for user account verification. Your phone number will be used for communication between You and Us or between You and the Seller. In order to conclude a sale and purchase agreement, You will be required to fill in Your full address as well as bank card details if the payment is not made via cash. All the information You provide on the Platform (excluding Your password) is visible to Us to provide You with Our services, continuously improve them and to give an immediate response and support to You when needed. Your phone number and full address will be visible to such Carriers who will carry out the delivery. Sellers will have access to Your full name, phone number, and full address.
Besides communicating via e-mail and phone, You can message Us through the Platform. All the communications between You and Us will be recorded and stored in order to analyze and improve Our services including customer service as well as to file and/or defend any claims and/or legal actions.
We use information, including without limitation personal data, that You provide or We collect to provide, improve and enhance the Platform, to ensure Your compliance with the Terms of Use.
The legal grounds for Our use of personal data is Your consent to such use (which you grant by accepting this Privacy Policy) and contract (namely – the Terms of Use) we require to use the personal data to provide You with the services of the Platform (in accordance with the Terms of Use of the Platform).
The list of personal data that We may collect, or You can provide Us is subject to change at Our sole discretion, provided that such changes are necessary to ensure Your efficient use of the Platform. You will be promptly notified on such changes through the Platform and will be offered a possibility to reject those changes. Please be informed, that if You disagree with the changes in this Privacy Policy, including what personal data we collect and how we process it, Your only redress is to unregister, stop using the Platform, withdraw your consent and/or exercise your right to be forgotten. Information Collected via Use of the Platform
Via Service Features
We may collect Your information in connection with interactive features of the Platform, such as when You opt to receive notifications or other communications from Us, send messages through the chat service of the Platform or post a product review.
Via Use of Interactive Links
We may collect information about Your interests and engagements based on your own activity and navigation on the Platform.
The Platform displays information about third party offers, services, and other third-party material, which generally incorporate advertising or promotional links (icons) to third-party mobile applications, websites or services, as well as potentially to other services offered by Us. By clicking such links (icons) You will be directed to the corresponding app, website or service, or a corresponding marketplace or other linked resource, while We may gather and analyze statistics of Your access via such links on aggregate basis.
Via Log files
When You access Our Platform, We collect standard information about Your computer/device, such as Your IP address, browser type and operating system version. We use this information to help diagnose any possible problem and occurrence for the better user experience and customer support, to administer the Platform, and to improve its quality. The information gathered during general browsing of the Platform is used to analyze trends and usage of the Platform and to improve its usefulness. This information may also be used to gather broad demographic information that does not personally identify You. Particularly, GoldCenter may determine Your country and other physical location (on the level of region or city) based on the information received from each connection for the purposes of enhancing the services offered to You via the Platform.
Via Cookies and AI
The Platform uses “cookies”, which are small chunks of information that are stored by Your browser on Your device’s hard drive. The cookies are used to improve the user’s own experience on Our Platform.
Use of the Information We Collect
In general, We collect, store and use Your information to provide You with a safe, smooth, efficient, and customized experience to buy Products on the Platform. We do not sell any personally identifiable information volunteered on the Platform to any third party without prior consent.
We may use information collected from You (a) to contact You about Your use of the Platform, such as for administrative purposes or to provide You with customer service; (b) to fulfill or respond to Your requests and to send You the notification on the Platform updates and changes or other communications You requested; (c) to provide technical support and respond to Your inquiries; (d) to notify You about important changes to Our policies, (e) to analyze Your interests (including Your interest towards the products and services), as well as inform You regarding new and existing features, products and services, and special offers, promotions and events that We think You may find interesting and for other marketing, informational and promotional purposes; (f) to gather statistical data on Your use of the Platform and analyze it, (g) to request feedback and to improve the Platform, and develop new products and services, (h) to diagnose Your problems of using the Platform, fix them, improve the Platform and more generally administer it, (i) to expand the scale of services provided through the Platform, as well as more generally to deliver and target special offers and other information via the Platform, (j) to analyze Your interests, taste, preferred type of products or services, most visited places and based on the collected data offer You more tailored and specifically targeted services, offers and benefits, (k) to send you notifications, including push notifications on offers and events that You might be interested in, (l) to tailor which offers are displayed to You through the Platform and how they are displayed, (m) to process payments to and from You in relation to Your transactions performed via the Platform, (n) to prevent fraud or potentially illegal activities, and enforce this Privacy Policy and Terms of Use of the Platform.
Furthermore, We may use the information for any other lawful purposes in a form of broad demographic information or aggregated information that does not personally identify You.
Disclosure of Your Information
Third Party Service Providers
We do not store Your credit card details, but these are provided to licensed electronic payment service providers, who receive the data included directly to manage the payment process on Our behalf. This information is under no circumstances stored on Our servers. You may request such providers’ privacy policies at any time.
We may use third party companies to perform services related to the Platform. Accordingly, We reserve the right to disclose Your personal data to such service providers. These services may include, but are not limited to, maintenance services, data storage, database management, data analysis, web analytics, hosting services, customer services and email services. They are obligated to use this information only to perform tasks on Our behalf.
Third Party Advertising
We do not share Your personal data with third party advertisers for their direct marketing purposes unless You give Us Your consent. However, We may use, store and share with third party advertisers certain technical information (including IP addresses) or aggregated information of the users of the Platform such as general demographic and preference information. We may also allow advertisers to collect such technical or aggregate information that they may share with Us. Such information may be used for industry analysis, demographic profiling and other similar purposes to deliver advanced user experiences.
Third Party Tools
The Platform may also contain third party tracking tools from service providers. The Company may use these third parties’ application program interfaces or software development kits in the Platform, which may enable these third parties to analyze user information. While these third parties may have access to Your Personal Data in connection with the performance of services for the Company, they may not use such information for any purpose other than providing their services.
Transfer to Cloud Servers
To ensure safe and secure storage, all the information collected via the Platform will be stored on third party cloud servers located in other country.
Safety, Security and Compliance with Law
Your personal data and other information may be accessed and monitored as necessary to provide access to or use of the Platform and may be disclosed: (i) when We have a good faith belief that We are required to disclose the information in response to a legal process (for example, a court order); (ii) to satisfy any applicable laws or regulations (iii) where We believe that the Platform is being used in the commission of an illegal activity, including to report such activity or to exchange information with other parties for the purpose of fraud prevention; (iv) when We have a good faith belief that there is an emergency that poses a threat to the health and/or safety of You, another person or the public generally; and (v) in order to protect the rights or property of GoldCenter, including to enforce Our Terms of Use.
Transfers to affiliates
As part of Our international operations, We may transfer the information, including the Personal Data You provide or We collect to Our Affiliates from time to time for Our legitimate business purposes.
Change of Ownership
In the event GoldCenter undergoes a restructuring, liquidation or sale of all or a portion of its assets We may transfer all or part of Your information, including personal data, to the successor organization or person in such transition.

We may share Your information when You agree to Our sharing of such information with other third parties for their own marketing purposes subject to their separate privacy policies.

Updating Notification Preferences
If You wish to stop receiving push notifications, You can opt out by adjusting the corresponding settings in the phone. Similarly, You can opt out from receiving newsletter by clicking the ‘unsubscribe’ button in the footer of the email.
Access, change, erasure, restriction of Your Information
Users may have the option to review, update, correct or delete their personal data they registered within the Platform or otherwise provided to Us. If You wish to review or change the aforementioned information, the Platform provides You with a built-in option of doing so. However, You will generally need to contact Us in order to access, review, update, correct or delete the personal data that We collected ourselves, or which You provided to Us outside the built-in option of the Platform.
Please note that modifying or deleting certain information may lead to Your inability to use the Platform. Moreover, please note that modifications or deletions may be subject to Our review.
At any time of Your use of the Platform You have the right to request and obtain from Us confirmation as to whether We are processing any personal data, as well as information and details on such processing and request to have access, if possible, to Your information. You have the right to request review, change or rectification of the information the Company has about You, if You deem that the information, including personal data is incorrect, incomplete, misleading, injurious or does not correspond to reality in any way or for any reasonable reasons. For the information provided using the built-in option of the Platform, you can perform the review, change or rectification yourself through the same feature. Right to be forgotten. Users have the right to obtain from Us the erasure of their personal data without undue delay as well as the right to restrict the processing of information in the manner they deem necessary and appropriate. The erasure and restrictions of personal data shall be performed in accordance with the applicable law on data protection. Please submit corresponding requests to [email protected]. Place “Request for Deletion of Information” in the subject line and include Your first name, last name and e-mail address, along with the details of your request, in the body of the e-mail.
We will attempt to accommodate any of Your requests within a reasonable period if We do not have any legal obligation to retain the record. However, please note that certain records, for example those pertaining to customer service matters and payment processing, may need to be retained for legal or compliance purposes.
Data security
Any information provided to Us by Users of the Platform is held with the utmost care and security and will not be used in ways other than as set forth in this Privacy Policy or to which You have explicitly consented. We employ a range of techniques and security measures to protect the information maintained on the Platform from loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, alteration or destruction.
However, no website or Internet transmission is completely secure, and We cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, hacking, data loss, or other breaches will never occur. Also, We cannot guarantee the security of Your data while it is being transmitted to the Platform (including, without limitation, when transmission occurs via messaging), and any transmission is at Your own risk. Accordingly, GoldCenter cannot be held liable if such breaches occur.
Period of information processing
Please, note that the personal data You provided to Us will be stored as long as You are registered on the Platform. However, after You unregister from the Platform, it will not result in deletion of Your information from Our system or servers. Your information, including personal data can be collected, stored, analyzed, changed, disclosed or otherwise processed by Us without any time limitations, permanently and on regular basis, unless You withdraw Your consent in accordance with this Privacy Policy. At that, once you withdraw Your consent, We will stop the above-mentioned forms of processing, with the exception of the storage of Your information and its further use only if it is necessary to file and/or defend any claims and/or legal actions or in order to comply with the applicable law or fulfill Company’s legal obligations. By way of illustration, without limitation, the communication between You and Us will be stored for one year and the concluded transactions through the Platform will be stored for five years.
Complaints and applicable law
This Privacy Policy and any relations arisen from or in connection with it shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia.
Any issues that You might have regarding the processing of Your information, including personal data, by Us shall be addressed to Us in written form and resolved through negotiations. In case of failure of resolving the disputes through negotiations, You have the right to apply to the supervisory authority on such matters, the Personal Data Protection Agency of the Republic of Armenia or other state authority.
