On our website, you have the opportunity to send a price offer, offering the price that suits you.
The store can agree, reject or send a new offer.

All jewelry is accompanied by a guarantee certificate. If the buyer encounters any other quality issues, they can work with the seller to arrange a return or exchange.
If the product is damaged, the buyer has the right to return it. Goldcenter.am will assist in arranging a refund or replacement with the seller on your behalf.
The buyer can only return the product immediately after delivery by returning the product to the shipping company.

What are the shipping terms and prices?
Delivery is carried out in the territory of Yerevan. The cost of delivery is 2500 drams, which is automatically calculated on the website.
How is jewelry inspected?
Every single piece of jewelry undergoes a hallmarking process indicating the exact purity of the item’s gold alloy (10K, 14K, 18K) or etched with 925 for Sterling Silver. Our team of knowledgeable experts will also use modern devices to double-check each item before it is shipped out, along with our certificate of guarantee.
Are diamond grading reports provided when purchasing diamond jewelry?
When you buy diamond jewelry through Goldcenter.am and the item in question comes with a diamond grading report from the GIA, AGS, IGI, EGL, or others — we will include that certificate when your item is shipped. If no grading reports are available, our experts will carry out a series of extensive testing to confirm if the diamond is a natural one or lab-grown.
Why can't I order multiple copies of the same jewelry?
You cannot order multiple copies of the same jewelry item because each piece is unique and crafted as a one-of-a-kind creation. Therefore, adding more than one quantity of the same item to your cart is impossible. If you wish to purchase several pieces of the same jewelry item, you'll need to place a pre-order in advance. This will ensure you'll receive the desired number of pieces when they become available.
Why can't I add products from different stores to the cart at the same time?
You cannot add products from different stores to your cart simultaneously because each store manages its own inventory and shipping processes. Therefore, when you place an order on our website, it's processed and fulfilled by the specific store from which you're purchasing.
You can add multiple products to your cart, but they must all be from the same store. This allows us to ensure that your order is processed and shipped to you as efficiently as possible and that you receive your items on time.
